I don't think that 'wanderer' is a status.
Thus it's not even something to be confirmed or rule out.
Every one is a 'wanderer' if they expand their identification scope wide enough.
And every one is 'not a wanderer' if they narrow their identification scope only to the current avatar.
Identity by itself is a virtual construct.
Example:
jafar is a webforum identity on bring4th universe.
If the consciousness behind jafar limit it's identification to only jafar then definitely jafar is not even human living in planet earth. Only by widening the identification to not only jafar then it can say that it's a human living on planet earth and it has many avatars on many universes.
Be mindful that, the foundational understanding of the Law of One is that everything is the one infinite creator. Thus each identity is the one infinite creator thus also is everything, if only the consciousness expand it's identification wide enough.
