the next step as with any adept in the Law of One.. is to take the text and apply it to your own life, ground it to who you are, to become it, to become light and love combined.
it doesn't help to stay in the terminology of the LOO text but rather to really show you feel it and understand it. otherwise it is too much light, too much knowledge.
it's light and love. not light or love.. forgive me if i sound condescending here. there are really almost 1000 implications of depth to this very saying.. light and love..
