The debilitating effect of manipulation and black magic, and how to heal...

Hi all,

So I was hoping we could maybe create a post together, where we can share our own stories of psychic greetings and any other uses of black magic and how we healed from it. By sharing how we healed, we allow others to follow a similar path if they ever encounter or have encountered such things.

I encountered two service to self beings on earth who were practicing black magic. I went through the Orion tactics of over activation of the heart and blockage to the indigo ray and I'm still healing from this now. 

Keeping an open heart, living simply, recieving crystal healing, not over indulging in drugs and alcohol, fasting and meditation with no technique (just sitting) has helped me the most in terms of healing. I found opening up to others who are not aware of these things to be of no avail, if anything it left me feeling extremely lonely so I had to use my initiative and develop my own methods as I navigated through this.

I'm more than happy to help any others who are going through this manipulation and confusion is not to be underestimated I feel.
