free binaural-beat meditation music!

i use a light/sound machine that works good for me. the lights are good with the sounds.

Can you tell a little more about it? How intense is the experience? Where did you get it? How does it work? And I mean physically I understand what it does to the brain But do you need casette tapes for it?

the experience is at least twice as intense as a sound-only experience, because it involves the eyes also. the light and sound frequencies are completely programmable. it can either work with an ipod or it can emit sound tones without an ipod. i personally just program the frequencies of the exact sound tones that i want instead of listening to music, but music can be used to. you'll need your own headphones and ipod. my particular unit is probably the best one on the market at a cost of $250.
