There are many other posts with the same thoughts. So thoughts are energy and energy are thoughts. Our thoughts (energy) does create by influencing the particles of the quantum field.
The way I see it, energy is the bridge between the metaphysical space (thought/consciousness) and the physical space (matter/motion). I guess the quantum field would be the system that encapsulates/expresses this paradoxical interaction.
