I agree entirely with your post and this is my POV if I were considering time as a building part of the Creation. However even in your statement above time sounds more as a defined entity to quantify change than a physical entity. Consciousness has the quality of remembering and this remembering needs a tool to quantify it. Any part that exists in creation has a field of energy associated to it which can be felt as some sort of force. Space and mass is associated with gravitation. Light is associated with speed (calculated) and brightness. As we know from Confederation, consciousness is associated with spiritual gravitation as well which we do not feel yet other than faith. However time does not seem to have any sort of force or energy associated to it. There is not gravitation of time, intensity of time, brightness of time. If you think about it time is for change or memory what is distance for space, a way to quantify it.
Regarding your second paragraph I also agree space occurs in consciousness but it occurs through the known process Infinite Intelligence (potential energy) - Logos (Kinetic energy) -Light (Matter) which is doubled by the parallel process Creator - Higher Self - Self.
As we know matter needs space to manifest and it can be inside of time or outside of time. There is no mention of time in the big process of Creation (as a step or a stage) as there is no mention of distance or brightness.
