That is quite possible. Yet I continue to look around and imagine what a non destructive transition would look like. That possibility is still active from what I can glimpse.

...for the last of the wanderers and 3D-proper souls to finalize their contracts and incarnations here and then, shall I say, the clock will strike the hour. The new Earth will not be the same physical planet.

One way I can see how this would work without requiring a clean slate is if eventually only the harvested positive 4d can incarnate as dual activated 3d/4d. The bias of that generation would start having an exponential effect as they get older and as the last incarnation of 3d repeaters (and the negatively oriented) ends.

Also, technology is not the answer even in 4D, as I've come to 'know' these peoples. Technology diverges the path of evolution from spiritual to societal which in turn will promote politics, power hierarchies, elitism and xeno racism; in short, dualistic view of the Universe even to those with positively oriented core view. 4D peoples live such long lives that the 3D planets they come to contact with became playgrounds of the 'tug of war' between 4D positive cultures, negative cultures, and those in the middle. All confused in their 'holy task' of providing either charity or blunder to the poor wretches on the ground, or just holding the indifferent, uncompassionate, cold even, position of 'greater good'; which means something concretely or directly good for their group. Why there's so little 'external' 4D wanderer's when those freshly harvested to 4D are so eager, almost anxious, to stay behind and help their 3D brethren? This galaxy has a big problem in groups not doing proper workings towards polarization in 3D and in 4D, perhaps even in 5D, where they truly get to play gods. Efficiency seems to not be of this Octave.

These are my understandings.

Personally, I just let go of my beliefs nowadays when we get to this level of details. It's just too easy to end up on rails hooked on a particular storyline that has so many parts that flys way over our heads (pun intended )
