The quote from Jacob Rothschild shows the main intention behind this "program".
Particularly genial about this is, that it simultaneously distracts from the many parallel transformations to the New World Order.
While it is hard to know if the quote is genuine the ideas seem correct. Jacob Rothschild strikes me as someone who would never demean himself by lying. There an excellent 10 year old+ hidden hand type above top secret thread allegedly by a "Rothschild" that drops ideas in a similar fashion if you are into conspiracy stuff.
