Continuance (and probably some conclusion) on densities

I have no answers or significant organized thoughts at this point, but definitely some questions...

Following a "gradualist" standpoint, how do we make the change? Is it normal evolution, like 2D to 3D? Ra said this shift happened in a generation and a half, so that means there were changes occurring DURING incarnation.

that was the passage from 2d bodies to 3d bodies, and it was sped up with the cloned bodies yahweh brought from mars. its not relevant to 4d passage and its also an exception.

Are our physical bodies simply going to hyper-evolve through the period of (up to) 700 years, and the entities not ready for harvest simply filter out incarnationally?

what Ra says seems to be a gradual reproductive process.

If this is the case, some of the idea of preparing for physical change makes a little more sense. Pleiadian material talks a lot about our nervous systems going through change, does the electro-magnetic nature of consciousness and our nervous system have to do with these changes? Could these changes be prompted from an outer-source, such as the shift to 4D vibrations?

to be honest, i am thinking as such as well - such preparations for physical change may be pointless in regard to such 'ascension' situations, if we look at what Ra says.

however, those kind of efforts and changes, would have an effect in making the entity more compatible with 4d vibrations, and hence avert some problems and provide comfort in surviving in increasing vibrations. not to mention making it easier for giving birth to increasingly 4d compliant bodies.

How can we go from having chemical-heavy bodies to what Q'uo calls "electric" bodies? How do we as a race shed the chemical bodies?

if we look at what Ra and quo says, we die, and get born in such a body.
