i don't think you need to conform. you can make some money, buy a house and grow your own food. get solar panels. get independent. work on things that make you happy. i dunno anything about farming but it's my dream to one day be independent financially, grow food and be outside the money system. it's easy if you have a small house, a means to keep warm, your own well and hopefully a free energy source. that's all it takes. although i would want to get internet. 
we're all dependent on a failing system. that's why it's failing, we're dependent on the government when we're supposed to be finding our sovereignity.
there are people starting communes, so they don't have to be alone. you could try finding one of those.
i think we manifest stuff in 4D/5D but that's prolly gradual.
