We invent machines to answer problems we have, we adopt personal styles that instill confidence, and we perform menial tasks that serve nobody but some imaginary litmus test of success. This is 3D; confusion, meaninglessness, and diversion. This is what will go away. All goes away eventually. I think that even in 3D we have the opportunity to strive for what is actually important, and the character of this work - what we are able to know of ourselves - is what allows us to even be effective in the higher densities. If we devalue the 3D experience, we set ourselves up to dwell in that confusion, meaningless, diversion we perceive.
