Ocean, I care and feel for you but I have nothing to offer, at least of a metaphysical nature. Several years ago I received a diagnosis of depressive disorder and went online for research. That's where I saw a brief mention of an anger condition. It has a treatment, but that's all I remember.
So if your anger is too much, or even if you want a time out sometimes, consider finding an expert. I learned that I can do a lot for my condition with diet and supplements, so maybe something like that can help you find more mellow.
For example, the first time I drank chamomile tea it took so much stress off that I feared it could be addictive. I deliberately waited a few days before having it again. I'm out of that work environment and have no craving.
Everybody here has issues to keep us grounded and human, so don't hesitate to learn more about yours.
