What's awesome about fourth density understandings is that once they're learned, they're engraved in the heart so that your action/reaction reflects it naturally. if i feel bad feelings its because i feel bad about myself or something i've done, other people can't make me feel bad anymore with their problems. if they yell at me with their problems, i know they're not reaally yelling at me, they're angry with themselves about something they can't understand. and i smile in those situations and speak softly and compassionately with them. before, i would just get all defensive and match their negativity with more negativity.
