    It was dropped down to First Density. 'Third Density' forms are essentially 'body complexes'.

    To that extent, who knows? I'd say no, due to lack of mental capacity. Also, even 4th Density entities must learn how to shield themselves from 3rd density. Presumably, the manifestation of one's own form would be easier to work with than pulling a thought into atomic, structural manifestation.
