I feel you again brother. Haha, being the same age as me, I totally know how you feel.
I felt like that when I had so much ambitions in me. So much ambitions and desire to brighten up EVERYTHING around me, to my family to those that have hated me and neglected my efforts.
Don't you EVER forget yourself though. That's when the draining begins, because it's your body and your mind that starts to hate YOU. Loving begins with ourselves (in the unselfish way of course), and then you start to extend it out, one at a time, allowing your mind and your body to adjust.
It sucks to be young. Having such intense motivations and urges.. and failing to satisfy them.
Do what you can when you're here. You are never alone.
