It actually works! well not the contacting my higher self but I could definitely feel it, I could feel it all through my body but especially in my head, my brain started pulsating like a heart! It made me feel very at peace and I began having vivid visions with my eyes closed of very colourful lights and these really weird symbols were popping up in my mind, Unexplainable symbols have no clue what they were but they were awesome and very vivid not just like when you normally think of something in your mind where you kind of see it but not really, it was like in a dream where it seemed real. As soon as I realised what was happening though or started thinking about it, it stopped and I realised that my eyes during the weird visions were moving from side to side very fast just like in REM.. The main part of sleep where you dream..

Anyway i could definitely feel it but I had to be fully relaxed and not thinking about it for it to work. For those who cant be bothered doing it themselves I have uploaded my 432Hz songs to a file sharing website, they are three of my favourite songs for relaxing my mind and now they are even better in 432Hz.. I would recommend everyone tries it.. But remember don't go in hoping for quick results or demanding something to happen just relax and remember it may not work for everyone.. But it sure worked for me!

Each file has the name of the song and "med" in brackets which is short for meditation it was so I could distinguish and easily find them on my Ipod.. Also as with all these healing frequencies they only really work through ear phones as they play it in full stereo or "surround sound" it probably wont work though just normal speakers.. with earphones you block out all other sounds and can fully relax..
