Waking up "out of body"

It happened again today while I was napping - the first time since my original post. I was having a rather normal mundane dream taking place at nighttime. I looked up to the sky and saw a triangle-shaped constellation connect itself with bright lines. I looked down for a moment, then back up again. The triangle was now brightly distinct and had flashes of light traveling along the border. It suddenly grew larger and larger and as soon as it filled my vision, I woke up "out of body" again. This time there were no black lines; instead, there were glowing patterns on everything, as if painted by glow in the dark paint. I felt the same sensation so I immediately recognized what was happening. I looked around a moment, then down on myself, and was sort of shocked to see that there were even glowing patterns on my body and my face. I felt a panicking sensation, tried to calm myself, but then the wind from the hurricane blew something against the house and startled me, bringing me out of the experience.

It was really weird.
