The mysterious nature of time

I started feeling much like what I would think a pyramid initiation would be, at a smaller scale. If you've ever squeezed your hand in a vice to just where it starts to hurt, or with plyers, that's how dense the energy was starting to stream within me. Had to tone it down. I can only allow so much before it gets rather intense. I'm now reaching a comfortable balance.

This Light can definitely feel deleterious if one doesn't keep their mind balanced.

I'm doing great now. Sometimes it's good to push yourself a bit, and then come down.

The work was definitely worth it, as certain things that used to cause a strong emotional response in me no longer do.

I am so extra-sensitive to foods these days. Have to be really careful what I eat. And sometimes during the day, I get the feeling that everything gets so much lighter, that more and more light is streaming down on us. even today, when the sky was covered and grey the whole day!
