You'll know the vibrational state (astral projection) if you encounter it - it's more like a body earthquake!

Sometimes, seemingly randomly, I awake in the vibrational state. Very exciting, it's the precursor to an OBE. Although excitement will keep you in your body. As Steve mentions, you have to relax into it and let go if you wish to proceed :¬)
