the way i understand it is if you have clean underwear on when you leave your house, and then you are involved in accident your underwear will no longer be clean. so why bother?? as bill cosby said, "if you are involved in a wreck - first you say it, then you do it."

I din't understand the Bill Cosby quote though.

cosby was talking about having a wreck, that your underwear would no longer be clean after you have a wreck - "first you say it (number two or bowel movement), then you do it" - this is the reaction you would have in a wreck. i hope that makes it clearer, i can't write the word here or i'll get deleted
