If you go to therapist and ask them to recommend a therapy, they might reasonably ask "for what?". If you seek advice about anything, usually there is something that is seminal to the seeking, like a question for example. If such questions are not forthcoming, if you deny such questions, your exposure to info and learning will necessarily be limited to random attraction and association. Perhaps redundant, inefficient, distracting, etc.
It is great that you are content with everything, but what are you really looking for?
