Regarding the knowledge of self, it is very important. I sometimes have difficulties expressing myself to other-selves directly in person. However, I do have the intention to expand my reach, as well as the knowledge that in reality All is Well.

Finding that inner knowingness in combination with pure intention, is in my opinion a very appropriate way to make progress!
