I assume that the definition of one's 'qualityof being' is therefore reserved with Ra, for what is 'quality of being' if it does not involve a person's behavioral choices?

The first quote you use seems to contradict the following quote where Ra says, "...the offering of the needed foodstuffs and substances is an appropriate response within the framework of your learn/teachings at this time which involve the growing sense of love for and service to other-selves."UNQUOTE

I am not sure whether your use of quotations is in support of the Op or not. Sorry for the confusion.

IMHO, I want to create a world where humans do not sit idly by and watch fellow human beings starve to death while a select few have far more food than they could ever eat in their lifetime. This is njot a balance of STS and STO. This is a blatant example of how STS is rampantly the more natural state of humanity at this time in our evolution. The question we must therefore ask ourselves is, "do we want to grow beyond this state, or do we choose to accept it as natural?"
