Hello and welcome, two2one!
A beautiful, fantastic reflection of the journey that has been. Thank you for sharing.
Though I had had no personal vision/experience of unity, the Law of One material was its own validation. I knew without a shadow of a doubt that it described, as best as words can describe, the purpose and nature of reality. I love that in cases of others such as yourself, there has been a personal experience of oneness which the Law of One material later corroborates.
Baffling that your friend thought it appropriate to say something so heartwrenchingly negative to you in the midst of an acid trip, when set and setting play so critical a role in the quality of the experience. That was incredibly irresponsible and negligent on his part. Impressive how it turned into a full-blown mystical experience for you, a mini-death of the ego-self.
As a piece of practical advice regarding the work situation, you may want to explore serving in a restaurant as a means for earning income for the time being.
One can often get into the service industry with little to no experience. It pays immediately. There is often flexibility in scheduling, with opportunities to work less or more, and opportunities to make less or more depending on whether co-workers want to give up their tables and/or their shifts. Good way to make connections as well. And your good vibes may translate into good tips. : ) GLB
