    Hi Lavazza,

I tend to follow the rough process outlined below. Feel free to use it and adapt it however you may feel inclined.

First and foremost, I examine my underlying reason for manifesting the particular condition. In your case, I find it interesting that it is a wart. I'm sure that you've had warts before that you thought nothing of, and they eventually resolved themselves, by themselves. The fact that this wart bothers you implies to me, that there is something in your life or yourself that you consider unsightly and wish to change. It is also possible that the wart is just a wart, that you have it for a more important reason (and will not be able to heal it fully) or even that you chose to manifest it as a way of learning about this process. Keep yourself open to any possibility as to the reason for it. Listen to what your higher self tells you is the significance of the wart, and then consider what things you may wish to change in your life (attitudes, relationships, philosophies, etc.) accordingly.

Once the introspective part of your personal healing has begun, you may ask your higher self (in meditation, prayer, a dream, etc.) if the stigmata is still needed. If not, you should ask that it simply leave (don't be surprised if it does). If it is still needed for some reason, then you may employ some of the other techniques discussed by others on the thread, or you may choose to find a "healer". (I put the term "healer" in quotes, because we should recall that all healing is actually done by the self, for the self. The role of healer is to help the individual find and accept the new configuration of mind/body/spirit that does not manifest the malady.) It is also possible that this condition is being presented to you as a means to meet an appropriate healer, so don't rule anything out until you've examined it. Recall also that healers may take the form of traditional western physicians, so don't feel compelled to find a shaman, soothsayer, psychic surgeon, etc. Follow your instinct and be watchful for synchronicities throughout this process.

Finally, in spite of doing all these things right, it is possible that the condition will still not resolve. If not, you probably have more work to do, or you may have a the wart as a permanent reminder of some lesson you have or will learn. Even if this is the case, that fact will be revealed to you if you look hard enough. At least, that's how things tend to work for me.

I hope this helps, keep us posted on how it goes.

    Love and Light,

    3D Sunset

Finally, you should bear in mind that
