not long - maybe 9 months. I don't journal often except when I wake-up in the middle of night. I don't usually have time in the morning. I wrote the above material at around 230-3am.
It's interesting, because I did not look at it until this evening, and during the day when I told one of my more spiritual friends about the story, I completely combined the role of the spirit guide with the 12 year old boy. I don't recall speaking the spirit guide type figure at this point, but I wrote it down so it must be true
