It consists of sensing a thread or a beam of light (whichever makes you feel more confortable) coming from infinite light and, entering your head from above.
Feel that the light enters your head and circulates down your spine while you feel relaxed.

Keep the awareness and presence of the thread or beam of light entering your head as long as you wish, while meditating, while doing your daily chores, etc. It will bring a confortable and joyful feeling.
The more you do it, the better you will be at it. Just enjoy!
