In my opinion, the best thing you can do for people without infringing on free will is to set a good example and lighten up. You can't save anyone that doesn't want to be saved.
To continue that thought, I guess the question you gotta ask yourself Ruth, is this person crying out for help - even if it's through actions rather than words?
