I know the 4D shifting into 5D is here as everything is happening faster and there is a definite telepathic emergent ability that is evident in everyday life happening on a grand scale...

Also, I do a technique called Ho'Oponopono whenever I am faced with negativity that effects me... It seems to clear the air and my mind and assist me and the world around me in integrating and filling with Light.
