Although I agree with you Whitefeather, I think it is also important to note that although we can't heal others without their request, we can offer our energy on a sub-conscious level that another may resonate with and pick up on and use to help heal themselves.
I think if their inner-self doesn't want to be healed, they won't accept the energy and we won't be breaking their free will, however by offering love-energy some will accept this and naturally heal and possibly even prevent some sicknesses from taking hold.
Not sure if this can be classified as healing or not, just a thought
