This is the sweetest glass of water that I have ever drank. Period. I used a used a version of yours and ayadews techniques. We are all one, but we are all also unique 
. I used your steps for the most part, fairy, but I let the creator do the "grunt" work by simply clearing my mind and being a channel. I did not quite visualize so much as intend the water to be love and healthy. Such a wonderful feeling from such a simple act.

and sorry I am getting into all of these threads so late. I haven't much time for the internet, except when my catalyst is giving me a few hours of rest, which is almost always suspiciously directly after the climax of said experience. Next! Lol!
One of these days when I organize my thoughts and have had time to mull over all of my experiences I will type up a wanderer story. It is the least I can do for a community that has done so much to help me and keep me somewhat "sane". Its just hard marking the exact time of awakening and what milestones meant what, and how. Its just so strange yet familiar....
