You can do the LLC yourself online for about $50.00 or less. Then the EIN is free, with which you can open a business checking account.

I have a DBA now. I can do an LLC when I find out more from this potential business partner
of whether they would want a partnership or an LLC.

With an LLC you have to have monthly meetings with yourself. I forgot to do this in my last LLC company I had.

I'm starting to learn Unity 3D. I've been a programmer since I was 7 years old,
but not in C#. I learned and got Microsoft certified in Visual Basic 6 like 10 years ago.
And up till about 4.5 years ago I programmed in Visual Basic at my last job doing reports
like automating Excel and things like sending automated emails.

I did a tiny bit of OpenGL before. And worked some with 3D models in Blender and Poser.
I also have an MBA so I can do business as well.

I want to be able to keep up with my developer of my first game.

The first game, Ice Cube Chewer will probably be a demo. I'm not sure though.

I found this awesome site which has 250,000+ SFX sounds.

    https://www.soundsnap.com/search/audio/i...hing/score

It has many for ice crunching. And the prices are great too.

There's a lady I used to work for. She may be willing to pay for a business plan for me.
I was able to get a quote for $600 for a business plan from the company that used to market my book.
It will also be $750 to form an LLC, preferably in Florida he said would be best.
This quote includes writing the articles of organization.

So if I am fortunate I may have an LLC and a business plan. In exchange I will do her website for her company.

Then I'll look most likely for an angel investor for my next game. I will have to do them one at a time it seems.

If you need intro or background music, Purple Planet is the best place I found. And it's inexpensive.

I like your direction on this IGW. Your passion will drive this project to success. Smile

As an aside, if you find a great game app developer who doesn't cost a fortune, please pass that along.

Does Paul Dixon do 3D modeling too?

I will need a modeler and animator in future projects.

According to their license, for a game, I would need a broadcast distributor license, which is $40 each.

    I may use this: https://incompetech.com/music/

As long as you credit him, the music is free to use.

Well hey man, I happen to be a 3D modeler (not much experience animating though, just a bit) and am about to work through a few months program in computer science for game design, so I might be able to help you out in the future.

Sweet Aion. Are you studying C# and Unity?

I think you mentioned Unity to me before.

I don't have a game designer for future projects yet, but there's a guy on Uplink who charges $95/hour.
He doesn't do animation though, and I don't know if the does much modeling.

I'm watching some training videos on LinkedIn Learning about C# for Unity.

When you say game design, are you just talking about the art portion or writing code?

Both, the program I am going through is for programming though, I already have a background in the art side.

    Aion,

    You should check out: https://www.daz3d.com/

It's free software for modeling and animating if you haven't heard of it already.

I don't know if it can do anthros though. But it's great for people, or so I hear.

Pretty cool designs there, I like them. My only thought and suggestion would be to saturate the colours a bit more and brighten them up a bit. They seem just a tad dark at the moment. Particularly would make the yellows a bit more saturated.

Yeah, I would just need a light on him. It's just the world light now.

My developer and animator have officially started on the Ice Cube Chewer game.
Should be about a month to finish.
I have a lady who's going to pay for the business plan in exchange for me doing her website.

I still need to come up with the $750 to start an LLC in Florida. I want to support the US Insourcing company
who has helped me before when marketing my book. This cost includes the articles of organization.

Aion, once the first game is done, and I have my business plan and LLC, I may take you up on the offer for
future game development. It will be a few months, giving you time to finish your programming training.

These games are relatively easy to code I'm sure. I don't have a big understanding of 3D so it's harder for me
to code for it. Though I do have good programming experience in general. I'm still new to C# though.

Here is a render of Flim leaning against nothing. I took out the company name so I could see him by himself.
It took 2 hours to render.

I got a lady's website working again in exchange for paying for my $600 business plan.

    This is the website: https://fcrsa.com/

I had to add an SSL certificate. The files were completely gone when I got to their office.
I was able to find old .htm files archived on the Internet Archive (Wayback Machine) back from February 8, 2019.

I converted the files to .php so that I could use a separate header and footer file since those were repeated.

It took me two full days. I had to update 2 forms to submit emails for orders.

After updating, I archived each webpage on the Wayback Machine today in case we need it in the future.

I also sent a ZIP file of the website to a couple of their employees.

    I got it working perfectly.

So she paid the $600 to my freelancer.com account. I paid half of that as an initial milestone for my business plan for investors.
I filled out a questionnaire regarding the nature of my business and sent a 4K resolution image of my Logo to the business plan writer.

I now need to save up $750 to create the LLC in Florida, which the guy tells me is the best place for a small business to start with.
$350 of that is for them writing the articles of organization.

    So it's going along well.

    It's starting to come together.
I have assets, but I don't have the passion to make the games.

Today I reached out to Reddit r/furry to find a potential CEO to take over.
I will be a consultant who can channel anthro beings. Or other company stuff.

    https://www.reddit.com/r/furry/comments/...mpany_new/

    I'm so excited.

I got one person responding so far and he's brilliant.
