I've not accessed II that I know of, but I have been mentally at the level of Logos. There was no rest mentally at that state. I felt incredible heat from the central sun.

There are some very good colon-cleansing programs too, which utilize herbs and psyllium with colonic irrigation recommended. I've done Robert Gray's (3 or 4 times) and Arise & Shine (twice). I felt great during and after both. In both cases I ate a small amount of fruit or vegetables, or drank juice, daily, while doing the cleanse. One time I fasted completely (no food or juice, but of course water) for a week doing an accelarated Arise & Shine cleanse and I felt great, too. I am thin as well, so not a whole lot of fat stores. The idea was to detox the digestive tract. The herbs provide some nutrition besides helping to cleanse the system.

I have also done the "lemonade diet" fast. It's easy and you don't feel hungry because you are getting fresh lemon and a bit of maple syrup with cayenne as a drink in water. It tastes really good, too.

Yes I always do fasting for thirty days after a year in Ramadan and that feels great. Fasting gives rest to our digestive system, it gives a break to our eating patterns, it increases our energy level, We feel physical lightness during our fast. It also gives mental benefits, In short fasting has so much positive effects on human body and I personally feel very fresh and light after fasting.
