okay ... I vote for a new Topic on 'Energy Transfer/Kundalini Awakening' and don't feel that special moderation would be necessary, but who knows?

I've read this entire thread because energy transfer (sexual or otherwise) and our dealing with kundalini awakening is of tremendous import, I believe. And I'm trying to get a feel for where the members are on these subjects. We're going to be dealing more and more with our consciously moving our energy, helping to untie the knots that keep it from flowing smoothly, and generally dealing with the sensations of holding/flowing MUCH MORE energy as we awaken to the transformation of our physical beings. It seems that the Ra Material focuses on our graduating into 4D after we leave our bodies, but it's my experience that we're mutating NOW. The more we clear our lower chakras, and open our higher chakras and live/work from them, the more we are being re-wired, so to speak -- like from 110v to 220v. This rewiring can be extremely messy and challenging -- especially if we don't know what to expect.

While this isn't entirely unknown territory to our world historically, the Vedic texts, and esoteric eastern literature teach of this, it is quite new to our culture and to find first-hand, real information on it is difficult at best -- believe me, I've been at it for almost 20 years. So, I will restate, I would absolutely love an opportunity for a learn/teach forum on this subject. Who's with me? If nothing else, I'm willing to make an effort to keep this thread going!

Amara, it feels more like going from 10v to a million volts. It builds up in phases.

For me it builds, then eases off, then builds in density more, and levels off,

each time adding more intensity. Very important to keep the energy balanced

and oneself centered in the enormous spiritual mass that surrounds you.

I will look into this later, but I just had a spiral feeling on my head after sex.(you needed to know i'm sure) It felt like my hair was being blown in a circle, kind of cool feeling, but unnerving also since this was after working outside in the heat.

Yes, that's been my experience as well ... it's actually backed off for years at times while, I suppose, I was integrating the changes. To a point now, tho, just takes focusing on my chakras, esp. stepping up from first and I can feel it flowing nicely. Can direct it where ever. In keeping with this thread, I don't feel that energy transfer needs to be 'sexual' at all. Whenever my husband and I hug, it's more like 'lockin' chakras'! We can exchange our energy wherever we happen to be able to hug each other. I think we've been at it a few lifetimes, tho. He helped me through some INTENSE times with the energy. I get lovely heart exchanges with hugging people all the time.

It got to be too much for either of us to handle about 5 years ago. I had always heard that it is recommended to have a guru help. I had interesting (negative and unexamined) ideas about what a guru was and wasn't keen on bringing someone else into the mix! But a very close friend who is an excellent storyteller, would tell me about this amazing Sat Guru (Realized Master) she had been associated with for about 20 years -- amazing first-hand accounts of flat out miracles, many-faceted synchronicities, but mostly the love she experienced that was being expressed day after day, year after year, and the selfless service -- over the top. Anyway, I was desperate! So I prayed for Her help with the k. That's all it took. That very evening, it just smoothed out ... The only way I can describe it is it regulated, widened, smoothed. It was awesome. I haven't had it run away on me since. It's gotten intense, but nothing like it was. Sometimes I miss the drama, but man, it turned my life upside down. I much prefer feeling like my hand is being held, rather than it running rampant!

How have you dealt over the years? ... I mean it's not something you can just bring up at a party and expect anybody to relate, really. I guess there's always the chance, but I had such a hard time hearing things like, "Well, what if you just ignore it?" Well, uh, okay ... You have a full-body orgasm while waiting in line at the post office and 'just ignore it'! The paradox of feeling so at One at times, then feeling so separate because of it ... guess I haven't quite worked through that one.

Anyway, as you can probably tell, haven't been able to talk much about it outside of my marriage. Interested in others' takes and how they deal with it.
