Interesting stories, Eddie. The WW2 corsair pilot was the most interesting / credible.

What I find extraordinarily positive is the new generation of spiritual teachers. There are so, so many young people on YouTube offering their wisdom. Their level of consciousness is just spectacular!

Yeah, spilling more and more bullshit out there for impressionable souls to feast on, to be applauded no less. lol

They're just rich kids with nothing better to do than be pretentious and reap validation and attention for their views on the internet from impressionable, easily persuaded people.

I don't know about pretentious, but there sure are a lot of people who haven't even read the text that the entire site is dedicated to here.

Ah so you were playing a game of no benefit to anyone but yourself, involving others without their knowledge for your own amusement?

Well, with these kind of interactions I learn a lot about my own behavior. For instance, my tendency to be judgmental about 'judgment'. When it is merely a different opinion, in this case. So, when I reflect upon these things I'm able to accept your opinion without dismissing my own.

While that is a well structured contrived justification for your self centered behaviour ("someone is attempting to communicate with me, time to play a personal game so I can learn about myself, nevermind them, they should embrace me with love, I'm just practicing the Law of One") consider that this site is not designed to cater to you personally nor the games you wish to play.

Are they? Or am I simply "practicing the Law of One"?

I understand if you no longer wish to engage in dialogue with me, so be it, I'm not offended if that's the case. Good luck with your endeavours.

I love this forum and most of the people on here are much younger than me. I love that the world is now filled with people who are not afraid to openly communicate these ideas. When I was young I remember keeping it all locked inside - I had vague fears that people with thoughts "like that" could be locked up, as, indeed, a close family member was locked up for emotional problems, and another relative had been lobotomized (I don't know for what, or the details. It wasn't until much later that I realized why she just sat on the porch a rocked all day.) From my perspective the world consciousness keeps growing in the direction of Christ consciousness. It seems to me that perhaps more than half the people on this forum are very young, yet they are tuned in in ways that took me decades to arrive at. This is a good thing, and perhaps in some way my experiences helped change things.

Even the Catholic Church is changing now. And that is surely a good thing.

What do you think? We can mark any time as the beginning of something and not relate any useful info whatsoever.

I have the same challenge. I tend to jump in with my own judgment when someone is highly judgmental of myself, or worse yet, someone else, especially someone 'nice'. This post is a perfect example. BigSmile

Yeah, how do you cope with it, lads? I admit to not being able to stick the self-righteous people's company as I wind myself up (self-righteously) about their self-righteousness.... :-D

Sometimes I manage to love the person independently of their judgments but when they start again, it annoys me AGAIN and I find it hard to relax....

    Any enlightened ideas?

Nope, not really. I have made a little headway just by making that post itself since I was acknowledging my frustration. Accepting my behavior rather than fighting it has helped me somewhat, I just have a lot more work to do in that area.

No worries, we're all friends here (or so I hope). Many of us are sensitive, too, and get easily wound up. I do for sure. It's no crime, just a glitch in translation from higher Ds I suppose. x

Rusalka, I've ingested a rather large amount of alcohol tonight so I'm going to let you in on a little secret about myself that may direct you to view my posts in a different light.
I act in the position of being angry at times because taking that stance is astronomically funny to me that I just can't resist. You see to be angry really means to perceive a situation a faulty manner, and the fault contradicts established patterns of thought thus creating surprise and humour, I'm trying to make you laugh but have obviously got caught up in my own game LOL

Btw of course we're all friends here lol welcome I hope you enjoy your stay x BigSmile

We all get caught up in our own games, that's why games can be a bit risky. Why not give up games? I know, I know, they're fun...

btw it took me a while to figure out but with quotes on this site you put [ quote] to start a quote and [ /quote] to end the quote but don't use spaces in the brackets BigSmile
