    I think it lies in loving what you are doing. I often pondered about this particular Ra statement in 102.2 referring to Carla's health.

    Quote:We may note that the instrument has remained centered upon the Creator at a percentage exceeding ninety. This is the key. Continue in thanksgiving and gratitude for all things


    So if the Creator is all things animate and inanimate, and we have an attitude of appreciation and gratitude during our waking hours, then whatever we are doing, I think we are centred upon the creator during those times and are being in service. 

    I also think being centred upon the Creator is synonymous with being in the present moment, as described by Eckhart Tolle.

    I like how Eckhart Tolle in one of his videos talks about separating the I from the self that is suffering. He went from anxiety and depression to peace overnight. And he had a profound peace for a few months. But he still carries a sense of calm.
