"My Mum had a massive stroke. I signed her end-of-life consent. The stroke left her brain-damaged beyond repair and body spastic with her head tilted back. She had a strong physiological will to live and continued in a state of unconsciousness for two days. A few hours before she died, I was sitting a few feet from her. I told her that it was O.K. to go and that I loved her very much. I was filled with the most incredible flood of love and complete reassurance. The feeling went from my toes and continued upwards. I've never felt such a thing ever before or after.

An hour before her death, it was as if two comets shot into the room at lightening speed from the top corner of the private room and straight into her chest. It signalled the presence of my two Aunts. They had come to tell her to stop fighting and to let go. Mum told them that she wasn't going unless a part of her stayed within me. The same two comets or speed-of-light flashes shot back out of her chest, one after the other and through the same corner of the room. A peace filled the room. Mum died shortly thereafter, but I knew my life was different from then on. I have an unfaltering faith in life after death now.

A few years earlier, Mum and I had watched Forest Gump. The white feather at the end made us cry. Mum said to me, 'I will send you feathers when I'm gone.' After her death she did send me white feathers. I can think of Mum, then a real feather appears. I've had three conversations with her since she passed 7 years ago. I have asked her each time, what is it like on the other side. She tells me that she cannot explain it because it is nothing that I could possibly understand. She likens it to joining an infinite number of other souls to being like an engine gaining momentum and power to fuel and improve the Universe.

That's it basically. I witnessed the passing of my Mother. I'm the one who experienced the experience near her death. "

Step right this way for New Improved E-Z Esoteric Ascension, folks! Aim high, shift your brainz into overdrive --
and go for the indigo!!

[Image: serveimage?url=https:%2F%2Flovehaswon.or...0b3750c901]

[From Haley Fohr aka Circuit des Yeux, Reaching for Indigo LP/CS/CD, U.S. release 20 Oct., 2017 on Drag City.]

Exemplary brainshift in successful operation:

Somewhat less-successful brainshift:

Of course one might prudently opt to tie up all the loose ends (and, as well, untie all the
Gordian knots) one can down here at mundanely exoteric ground-level  before leaving the world behind . . .

[From Stereolab, Emperor Tomato Ketchup, U.K. release 18 March 1996; U.S. release 9 April 1996]

Some of the usual kind of head-in-the-clouds metaphysical blarney that musicians irresponsibly spout from the parapets
of the fantasy castles-in-the-air of their sheltered existences:

Typical musician-philosophy:

It takes a while to get over one's uniquely-idiosyncratic habituation to everything --
truly seeing the world from another's viewpoint helps break this conditioning.

Down-to-earth flight-preparatory sound patterns, useful for building morale whilst cooling one's jets, waiting for Godot
to give the go-ahead for final lift-off:

Khruangbin [Thai, เครื่องบิน, "flying engine" or "aeroplane"] is a fine upstanding & uplifting world-traveling
trio of youngsters from Houston, who record their albums of global-music/classic soul/dub/psychedelia-influenced
music in a barn in the small town of Burton, Texas. Extraordinarily minimalistic in equipment/effects and maximally
powerful in the spirit projected, they are better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick more than somewhat.
Interestingly, every time beauteous bassist Laura Lee dips and sways, another angel gets its wings.
Guitarist Mark Speer and drummer Donald Ray "DJ" Johnson Jr. also loiter on stage, making various tolerably
appropriate & absolutely killing noises now and again as the mostly instrumental pieces wend their melodic, harmonic,
and percussive way hither and thither through the aesthetic aether.
The matching indigo-energy-suffused Ramones-wigs give the front line their super-powers. The backline has
opted to match noggin-skin with drum-skins, thus simplifying matters and streamlining the situation.
Cool

My Mystery will always be protected from fools, He said.
For fools think they know, fools think they understand.
Fools are never foolish enough to lose their heads for love.
And who but the headless ever approach My Throne?

-- Jalaluddin Rumi (Persian Sufi poet; died 1273 A.D.)

Duncan Brown, "Cherry Blossom Fool" from Give Me Take You (1968)
Note from the uploader at this video's YouTube page:
"Song I like. It ends at 3:50; after that it's just 5 minutes of silence. don't know how to fix it. Don't care."

“The proverb says that 'The answer to a fool is silence'. Observation, however, indicates that
almost any other answer will have the same effect in the long run.”

― Idries Shah (Afghan Sufi savant, writer), Reflections (London: Octagon Press, 1968)

non sequitur
[Latin, literally: it does not follow]   n
1. a statement having little or no relevance to what preceded it
2. In Logic, a conclusion that does not follow from the premises

Abbreviation: non seq

NSFW, I suppose; probably contains a tad too much raw untamed violence, untamed raw non-seq sex, and
violently rawsome pyromaniacal puppetry for delicately-poised heat-sensitive snowflake-fragile sensibilities to
admit into the inner sanctum of their utterly serene Inner Safe Place :

The next vid's a nicely metaphorical representation of certain hyper-real realities of higher-density psywar, a
kind of contest so over-the-top that you probably would not recognize its presence even while it's biting you
(kids, do not  try this at home; leave it to the professional Борцы за душу ["soul-wrestler"]) --
What does the Jabberwock emblematize?
What does the Vorpal Blade emblematize?
Why is it requisite tactically to immediately deny it tongue to speak?
How about the seeming madness of passionately launching oneself against an Opposition so grossly preponderant
(or so it would appear, through the wonders of perception management in asymmetrical warfare) that "rationally"
speaking, resistance is futile, a forlorn hope, a pointless pseudo-heroic suicidal act?
Was David just an idealistic nudnik who happened to get fantastically lucky in combat with Goliath?
Does any of this connect logically (though perhaps non-linearly so, perhaps only superimpositionally via a lower
density's existential inclusion in a higher one, glass-onion style) to the QAnon phenomenon?
Only The Shadow knows! ( ಠ ͜ʖಠ)
