Ada, I you check this thread.... I did receive your PM an answered but.. your box is full and my PM cant reach you.... One thing you can do is delete a few PM, go to Trash can , select one trashed PM and send it manually to the trash again, Unfortunately the function to clear the whole trash can doesn't work so you have to delete each trashed message one by one !!!
