That is besides the point, but essentially, my body at a certain point began going to sleep while my mind was not having it so I felt my astral body lifting and tingling and it terrified the s*** out of me hahah as I was in a very reactive state.

I've experienced sleep paralysis a lot in my life. It can feel freaky, especially when there's shadow people standing over you!!

One time, I wanted to consciously astral project. So I did the whole thing, ignored all the itches on my face, and pretty soon my being started SHAKING like nothing I had ever experienced. It freaked the hell out of me and I haven't tried again since!

With practice, the differentials ( in frequencies ) grow to be less and the phenomena not as jarring. I learned, near nightly over a 4-5 year process of time to consciously make the shift. Meditation, breath awareness and control, a strong flexible spine and psoas all go a long way toward helping.

We inevitably have to dive into the work. May as well be sooner than later.

Could you shed some light on to how you dove into this work? I have always been intrigued, but I feel I dipped my toe in a little bit when I was not balanced enough to see it through, thus the fear response.
