How does anybody interpret this quote by Ra:

It would seem to me that the bodily veilings having to do with other-self interaction would be most efficient and those only related to the self be lower in efficiency in producing either positive or negative polarization. Ra: I am Ra. You are correct to a great extent. Perhaps the most notable exception is the attitude of one already strongly polarized negatively towards the appearance of the body complex. There are those entities upon the negative path which take great care in the preservation of the distortion your peoples perceive as fairness/ugliness. This fairness of form is, of course, then used in order to manipulate other-selves. May we ask if there are any brief queries?

What do you think this means? Is it referring to negative entities that are in 4D and 5D? Is it referring to entities here in 3D that are beginning to negatively polarize? And even more fundamentally, who are these entities? In other words, are these entities that only specialize in the fairness/ugliness distortion (they try to "keep this path clear" so to speak).

Interesting. Surely if I were to take form and learn as a negative entity I would find physical attributes meaningful, but not toward physical beauty. I would spend half the time being scared to death by my negative teachers

The idea of being negative and being taught by a more powerful negative entity sure does sound scary, huh? I agree.

I have no doubt that there are a plethora of inner plane entities that exacerbate negative dispositions whenever they get the opportunity.

But there is always a balance, and there are also a plethora of inner plane entities that attempting to raise consciousness and balance negative distortions with equally positive ones.

I interpret this quote as directly referring to our Hollywoodized society. There have always been standards of beauty, but now it's crazy. With rampant plastic surgery, teeth so white they don't even look real, totally cut bodies that require hours per day of workout, etc., the situation is set up to easily make the masses feel "less than."

As a female, it's hard to look at young woman (some models are very young teens) on mag covers and in movies with boy bodies and breast implants and nose jobs and sculpted lips and who-knows-what enhancements, and not feel less than perfect. I live near a city—Scottsdale—where many very wealthy people live, and it is common amongst that population to buy teenage daughters gifts of plastic surgery for birthday and graduation presents. As a male, it must be becoming difficult as well. Male models are all totally buff and have obvious "packages."

I doubt there is any human without some STS polarity.

It is a rare individual who is not at all swayed by physical appearance. It can indicate for instance if a person respects their body. But with the artificiality today, the whole thing has become twisted and unreal.

As a young adult male who is strongly polarized STO, I have found it incredibly interesting to interact with others in a city where most of the so called beautiful people are either clearly undisciplined/unpolarized or are clearly on the negative path in a conscious way (which is rare to see). I find the interactions so interesting primarily because I too use looks to my advantage, but in a positive way. When people with big egos and good looks come across someone who looks strong, healthy, relaxed, and balanced in facial features, who treats them with respect and acceptance instead of cleverness and manipulative charm, they become quite perplexed to say the least. 

Charming others with a brilliant green and blue ray mixture of energy is so passive in nature that others simply cannot find a logical reason as to why they like your presence...that is if they are not completely repelled by the sensation at first, which happens also.

I share these thoughts because I'd like to clarify that positive polarity certainly has a use for beauty as well as ugliness. As with a hammer and nail, these concepts are just neutral tools that one can use in ANY way they see fit.

I think Ra is saying in this quote that some highly value the physical appearance of the body and take great care making sure they look beautiful and prefect in order to use that to manipulate others for there own benefit.

Ra also says that the negative entity is likely to program for material success and good looks.

There is nothing wrong with wanting to look good.  You have your own personal idea of what looks good to you, and there is nothing wrong with pursuing it.  Just so long as you don't judge others for differing ideas of "what looks good".  As a personal being, with personal consciousness, there is no sense in trying to make the personal, impersonal.  You like what you like.  

Don't feel bad about that.

They mean "beauty".  And everything in the realm of duality *IS* a distortion.  Nothing wrong with distortions.

But a distortion is distortion.  Distortion of what?  Unity.  In unity, there are no distortions.  Both beauty and ugliness are simply perspectives.  Holding onto one, creates and defines the other.

It's also important to keep in mind, I think, that some STS people have an "instinctive" ability to recognize other people's weaknesses and exploit them. There isn't a need for some overarching conspiracy or 5D outside meddling to bring this about. The combination of fashion and fashion ads (which have existed for centuries) preying on people's insecurities create an environment where natural abusers have plenty of potential victims.

No one has to tell them "manipulate people by telling them they're ugly." The clever STS people reach for such psychological powers automatically. And having enough such people in the media then creates an environment where less-clever STSes can imitate those, spreading the effect further. Why's the media doing it? Because it makes money, so the media mindlessly chases ANY pop trend they can make a buck off of with simply no regard for the larger environmental issues.

None of this has to be orchestrated. It's an emergent event, happening as a result of the original distortion and the "ripples" it causes across our society.

I've been curious about this statement for a while.

It's the illusion being promoted as real, or "that which is not" being promoted as "that which is". It varies from culture to culture as to the detail of fairness and ugliness. Tits and ass are the western assertions of beauty. Light emanating from the moon at night is a good example in pointing out why the "physical" appearance is illusory, where seeking is concerned.
