I would sincerely recommend looking in to the Jeshua channelings. The purity of intention is very high in the heart space.
This is the material that has aided me in seeking I would dare to say even more than the Seth material and Ra channelings. The pearls of wisdom are quite balanced with love and down to earth. I'm currently reading a book by Anodea Judith called Eastern body Western mind: Psychology and the chakra system as a guide to the self. Excellent reading for anyone interested in energy center development and spiritual evolution.

The Kindle store offers some things that are old enough to be free because they were written around 100 years ago.
William Walker Anderson has one on Mystic Christianity that I found really interesting. C. W. Leadbeater's A Textbook of Theosophy is interesting too. They both have several other books worth looking into. There's others in that turn-of-the-last-century timeframe worth searching around for. When I find a topic or name thatt seems interesting, I'll search around in Kindle and see what I see.
