Helping Earth and People into 4D

What can we best do to help Earth into 4D and reduce the amount of growing pains such as hurricanes and disasters?
What can we do to help people's consciousness evolve into 4D?

Do I just use my energy sensitivity to shift energy as I feel is right?
I shift to where the energy feels lighter and better.
I work on sending positive energy to places that need it.

I just want to make sure I am not violating anyone's free will by doing so.

That's wonderful.

I tried connecting to the higher self of someone who may need help, and it told me not to send them energy,
because it's better to work consciously with someone. But sending love back to Earth is an excellent idea.
