Can 4d work be done in dreams?

I feel like I've been doing 4D work in my sleep. Basically dreaming about situations from the past and individuals and resolving whatever is left. It feels almost like a message being sent to those individuals and I wonder if they receive anything out of it. This feels to me like early-stage 4D work? Has anyone had a similar experience? Is there a way to do 4D work in the 3D incarnation or does it, perhaps require a type of meditative/trance/unconscious/dream-like state to really be true 4D work?

I know Ra says that some are here already starting to do early or basic types of 4D work and that's why I'm asking.

First of all, I believe the 4D work can be done in "sleep".

Secondly, I agree with Ra (47.3) that the positively oriented mind/body complexes "Each is capable of doing fourth-density work."

Thirdly, it resonates with my deep knowing, when Ra (17.1) says (actually said more than 30 years ago) that there are more and more of us here who are of "a new breed. These are those incarnating for fourth-density work." I don't believe we need to enter any special states (trance etc) to do what we came here for, especially now, more than 30 years after that channeling.

As to the early or basic types of 4D work, Ra said that there are some who are starting to do it more than 30 years ago. I remember that time and the beginning of it. Now, it's much more easy, natural, and effortless. At least for me.

I have had for the last twenty years countless dreams where I keep organizing and building/creating things for numerous entities whom I don't seem to know at all from this present incarnation. These dreams have been very vivid, never worrisome but its very very busy, like sometimes I would awake feeling very tired from all that work, lol, I don't know if this is 4D work but it is work ! So einmal, you are not alone if you have that type of dream...

All those dreams are positive, not nightmares which I have now practically none except like one in like three years to six years, or at least that I remember. Those working dreams are like 70 % of my dreams, the rest are solitary hiking dreams, but in austere and beautiful landscapes.

I agree that it is possible. I think most of us knows which dreams are beyond the daily processing of events. I have had many dreams where I help heal people emotionally, some I kew long ago and most complete strangers. And somewhat like Flofrog, I have done "scientific" work with off-planet beings. My favorite was a dream where I was in a huge cosmic library, and I was roller skating through it—okay, so that one was probably just wishful thinking.

I think sending love is a fourth density work that we can do. As someone else said, think of how the world would be if nobody sent love or meditated.
