    Hi all,

    I'm going to post the 7 chakra meditation videos I did in this thread.
    Hopefully they will be helpful to some here.
    There's no visualizations. Just use headphones for best results. They are pretty effortless.

    This is the most effective method in my opinion. Just be careful with your hair. I've literally felt sensations like a creaking sound, like you're popping your knuckles by using this method. Using the flame against my heart. In this Edgar Cayce video what is also mentioned in Sahaja yoga is that halos depicted around the heads of angels are relevant to sahasrara. And Kara in Sikh traditions
