Since today the event of all events starts in the world's most spiritual city Louisville, I thought this thread could be dedicated to live reports from all our members attending homecoming.
I am sure I am not the only one who is curious to know what is happening there.
    Please share your impressions! Heart

I'm about to leave for Louisville in a few minutes. I'm bringing lots of vegetables and fruits from my garden: heirloom tomatoes, potatoes, green beans, basil, red bell peppers, apples, and a cantaloupe; also a case of wine. Smile

I expect to arrive at about 10:00 AM.

Great, we have our first live report coming in! Heart
Eddie, that sounds absolutely delicious! don't tell me you made the wine yourself, too? Can't wait to hear more.
Too bad we don't have a live webcast from Avalon. Hey wouldn't that be an idea for next year? just saying...

Yes, Gazela Vinho Verde. Gary is cooking salmon for supper tonight, and I thought a vinho verde would go well with it.

Wow that programme is packed! and salmon and vinho verde... "drooling".
Vinho verde is the best white wine that I ever drank. It is hardly sold here, unfortunately.
Have a good trip and enjoy your homecoming day, Eddie!

Well, we are all busy here, chopping vegetables for dinner and so forth. Carla just got up and is walking around the house for excercise with Melissa's help. People are filtering in now, coming from all over. It's a gorgeous day here, hot, but the humidity is much lower than it could be, so it's very pleasant (in the shade). Lots of smiling faces. Smile

I do not know what you are going through, 3. Whatever it is, you are enunciating statements of profound spiritual significance all over the forum. From the wellspring of your alienation and pain, is coming through the wisdom of practical love.

Usually, when great minds enunciate universal paradigms, they make it look like gibberish. Try as you might, I am seeing you, my brother Heart

I stand alone, Meerie, nursing the loneliness of the One Infinite Creator inside me. I am learning and practicing to not take sides. I am learning to live within the laws of the universe, which is held together by the infinite will of the ONE.

    Hello everyone,

Yesterday we had our presentations after the breakfast, then long lunch break when ahktu did a psychic reading to me; then it continued until... don't remember, but we were running little late because everybody had so much to say. There was one person who did not have time to do her presentation. She will be doing it today instead as Gary gave her his time. Then we headed to the restaurant, which was a beautiful place. We were sitting on their porch, talking, eating, drinking beer, and looking at fireflies. At one time I had to rescue a big grasshopper and take it out of there. Afterwards we got back to the house and were sitting in the tent, talking and drinking little wine. We were about ten people there. That was really wonderful!

Now it is 08:42. Everybody is arriving and having breakfast in kitchen, chatting. Gary is not here (as usual, he likes to sleep in - kidding!).

It is an amazing experience to be here. Never imagined that it would be like that! Meerie - you should have come along. Perhaps next year... I know that I will come again!
