Ra a part of 'The Nine'?

So I read this article this morning after having a dream last night that was similar to a very unique experience I had during a meditation a few years back where I seem to be at what I relate to as Saturn...and there seems to be 9 beings, tall, no features on them really, its as if the figure they take on is only for my viewing purpose, and its also obvious that the 9 really are just 1....they are a unit but they showed themselves as 9 beings.

The article I read talked about other people in the past that claimed to channel what they called 'The Nine'...and to my surprise on down in the article they named Carla and Jim as also people that tapped into 'The Nine'.

Does anyone remember every reading about Ra talking about the number of 'nine'?? Does 9 or Saturn ring a bell? It was as if Saturn was their 'watch spot' or settling spot....for now? They could read my feelings, are very sincere, and I will also say, both the meditation moment and last night when I had the dream....I was oddly laying in a position I rarely am in...laying with my head in the northern position. The meditation I happened to have my head on my knees, bent over, head facing north. The dream...well just so happens I moved my bed around and last night was just the 2nd night that I slept with my head to the northern direction, actually the same spot, facing the same window, when I had both experiences.

Not only are they a part of eachother...its as if they are also a part of me and I them. There was much respect, reverence, and just simple awareness. I really really love seeing them, whoever 'they' are.

Hi litllady, you might be very interested to see what Ra had to say about the Council of Saturn, and most every mention of the word "council" is dealing with this concept as well.

Here is what Ra said about who are sitting in the Council of Saturn, how many they are and how they operate/communicate with each other:

The members of the Council are representatives from the Confederation and from those vibratory levels of your inner planes bearing responsibility for your third density. The names are not important because there are no names. Your mind/body/spirit complexes request names and so, in many cases, the vibratory sound complexes which are consonant with the vibratory distortions of each entity are used. However, the name concept is not part of the Council. If names are requested, we will attempt them. However, not all have chosen names.

In number, the Council that sits in constant session, though varying in its members by means of balancing, which takes place, what you would call irregularly, is nine. That is the Session Council. To back up this Council, there are twenty-four entities which offer their services as requested. These entities faithfully watch and have been called the Guardians.

The Council operates by means of, what you would call, telepathic contact with the oneness or unity of the nine, the distortions blending harmoniously so that the Law of One prevails with ease. When a need for thought is present, the Council retains the distortion-complex of this need, balancing it as described, and then recommends what it considers as appropriate action. This includes: One, the duty of admitting social memory complexes to the Confederation; Two, offering aid to those who are unsure how to aid the social memory complex requesting aid in a way consonant with both the call, the Law, and the number of those calling (that is to say, sometimes the resistance of the call); Three, internal questions in the Council are determined.

These are the prominent duties of the Council. They are, if in any doubt, able to contact the twenty-four who then offer consensus/judgment/thinking to the Council. The Council then may reconsider any question.

This is what Ra said about who was able to channel the Council:

7.10 Questioner: You mentioned the nine who sit on the Council. Is this “nine” the same nine as those mentioned in this book? (Questioner gestures to Uri.)

Ra: I am Ra. The Council of Nine has been retained in semi-undistorted form by two main sources, that known in your naming, as Mark and that known in your naming as Henry. In one case, the channel became the scribe. In the other, the channel was not the scribe. However, without the aid of the scribe, the energy would not have come to the channel.

7.11 Questioner: The names that you spoke of. Were they Mark Probert and Henry Puharich?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct.

And this is what Ra said about themselves:

We are those of the Confederation who eleven thousand of your years ago came to two of your planetary cultures which were at that time closely in touch with the creation of the One Creator...

Considering that Ra is part of Confederation and that some Confederation members are part of Council, it is possible that Ra is part of Council too, although they never mentioned it in the material.

Interesting meditations that you've had, litllelady! Once I had a "dream" which I believe was not a dream at all, but something else, and it made me to think of Council. What I saw is a circle of beings, who could be nine, but I never counted them, who were watching what seemed to be third density Earth. Everyone and everything was made of light; not the light that we usually see with third density eyes, but different kind of light. I was standing aside, next to them, and outside their circle, waiting to serve. What I remember from this "dream" is that decisions were taken by them, by "telepathic contact with the oneness or unity of the nine" as Ra so beautifully described it (I would have never come up with these words myself! )

Does anyone recall the thread in which I specifically spoke in detail of the Ancient Nine?

Many of my posts get lost in the limbo of my aging memory recall ability, especially when in the midst of threads started by others.

Recently we had a discussion which led me to post a few verses from the Emerald Tablets which spoke to the Council that Thoth refers to and clearly explains the Nine.

And as with many religious and cultural aspects, it has been injected into them with a varying degree of manipulation.

It is my understanding that all other references to these 'councils' involving Nine, are simply altered versions of Thoth's explanations, as The Atlanteans' versions are probably the first of their origins.

However it is far too much effort to restate all that was stated in that thread if someone can post a link to that post for the little lady to have as an option.

Thanks for finding this information for me everyone...I looked into this a couple years ago when I had my first experience and knew there was something somewhere. It all is utterly interesting! Will have to look into the Emerald Tablets about this as well. Much to think on but think Ide be better off just embracing it instead of thinking 'into' it. Its one of those things that after you experience it, you just want to go back to it.

Interesting position indeed. Perhaps beneficial to both parties involved. Have often encountered this position in the evening as well. Have heard some state thate Ra is part of this entity while others state that Ra is part of that entity, however being single- minded has provided the clarity of seeing all beings as one.

Saturn is closely associated with the mind and intellect and seam to be the key weavers of our space/time experience, the council as Ra stated balances thought presumably for the entities or entity in this solar system or galaxy. Then the 9 who are connected with cycles which fits quite nicely into saturns organisational role of thought and balancing.

Mind is what created the concept of hell and the mind regularly causes us to seemingly be in hell. You can access hell at any time with your thought. Could be why they see saturn/9 satanic. Apart from the obvious Satan/Saturn similarity in sound and spelling.

I dont think it entirely possible that Ra is on the council. What I gather from the above quote. Is that the councils members revolve around balance or what is needed.
