First off, I think you have to have a good amount of indigo-ray activation to do this. I am not sure if everyone has this ability but it's worth a shot:

The first step is to bless yourself. Ask for angelic presences to surround you, protect you and assist you.

Now stare into your favorite mirror right between your eyes. Ask the angelic presences to show you your aura. In no more than a minute or two, you should see a color or light surrounding your head. Don't move your head or eyes too soon or it will likely go away.

What do you see? I got a darkish violet color covering my whole face.

Wow, I've done this tons of times and almost always see the same color, but today I'm bright orange. That actually makes sense, considering the somewhat difficult balancing exercises I've been undertaking for the past few days, involving several orange ray emotional processes.

Regarding this month: When I saw this about the discovery of giant star/mega gamma rays, I thought it really feels like there's some correlation.

I have done much mirror meditation and I shall probably continue with it. The key is that you must not become so enamoured with yourself that you can passively observe yourself without attachment. Realize what you see is not actually you, but an externalized projection of your mind's image of you. We literally do not see ourselves the same as anyone else sees us.

Knowing it is seated in your mind, and your mind is not actually yours but a subset of the Universal Mind, we can begin to 'open our perception', or activate our 'third eye' which is actually the One Eye that looks through the Eyes of Bodies. This experience is subjective, and thus understanding the self as the subject we do not actually see ourselves, the subject, but the objective reality which is the creation of the subject.

There is only one subject and one object and that is the Infinite Self. The mechanism of the third eye is to 'triangulate' or coordinate aspects of this Infinite Self and is thus processed by a pattern been overlayed upon the regular dynamic patterns of the brain and this induces changes in the perception of the collective electro-magnetic field.

I got this exercise back when I was in a series of metaphysical classes. I didn't really expect to see much, but after only a minute or so I realized that I could see my skull beneath my flesh, as if it had become translucent. Shortly after that my face melted off and was replaced with something definitely not human. Pretty rad stuff. I agree with Tanner, though, this is an exercise best done with an objective, unattached disposition so that unnecessary obsession may be avoided.

I should have heeded this advice. I became enamored it seems and now my solar plexus hurts so much... I keep draining myself of my energy. I ended up getting my aura to appear across my entire torso and face with a mix of violet and indigo. The closest I got to seeing a past life was half of my face disappearing.

Anyways, this has been an amazing experience. I discovered this right before I made this thread. Actually seeing beyond the veil so clearly... It's like entering a whole new world.

I tried the mirror meditation and I did sort of sense an aura around me but I couldn't really make out a colour, just a bubble around my head. One thing that I noticed was there was a sort of blue glow around my right ear

My face always morphs into a beastial looking face, always looks very familiar and non threatening however. Other then that no other information about past lives has been given to me, atleast not in a way that has been obvious to me.

The only thing I can say has been portrayed to me is that this is my first incarnation on earth, I never have dreams specifically about experiences on earth rather they use earth archetypal imagery to teach me lessons or portray certain balancing I need to take heed of. When I was younger especially my dreams where almost always of alien environments and characters. Many a night where spent in my parents bed because of this.

So I just did it then and my aura was a very bright light blue and when I was morphing my face it began shining with white/black streaks and my eyes started faintly illuminating with a soft sparkly glow. I think I will focus my intent on finding out more as I have never really found the need to focus my attention on previous lives. Hopefully my dreams will shed some light.

Back i the day when I was doing this without actually looking blankly at myself but rather turning my face and while being in sauna focusing intently for the duration of the visit on past lives. I got this sort of amfibian "soft looking" lizzie persona that had these fin like things on arms and legs but still had normal hands and feet.

I remember that in that life I had been in some kind of position of authority and "the lizard king" or some such sent me to earth on account of me messing up "their" plan in some form.

Anyway, long story short. I had amfibian/lizardy features in the clearest visualization that I've yet to see.

First I just thought my face looked very ugly. After several more seconds I started to see layers of light around my upper body (no particular colors except maybe light yellowish). Then I felt very anxious and stopped. I didn't really "want" to stop - it was as if there were something very anxiety provoking about the exercise, although I feel that I really want to do it and see something. It's as if something is prompting me to stop once I get to the point of starting to see some light.

Tried it but did not perceive any auras at this time. Though I had trouble keeping my mind blank was kinda "edgy" on the seat, my eyes kept wandering off the center. For some reason I found it difficult to keep fixated. Also bothered that the mirror was dirty .p
But my face did start to morph weirdly, there was like another face buried within this one. Could not make out what was up though. Still a very interesting experience. Weird that such a seemingly dramatic effect had not caught my eye before. I have done gazing at a time, the again it was looking in the left eye then.. Or maybe I was just blind .D

I've been doing this for as long as I can remember. Used to spend hours gazing at mirrors when I was a child, I liked how my face morped and sometimes I saw deceased relatives. Anywho, found myself gazing yesterday when I was somewhat emotional and saw some interesting peculiarities. Lot's of white too.

Perceiving auras is also known as 'farseeing', to be able to see auras it helps if you retrain the cones and rods of the eye by staring 'through' what you are trying see the aura of. My aura is blue by the way :p
The mirror meditation can be scary, people are not always ready to deal with the unknown. The first time I tried it on intuition as a youngster my features became elongated and my eyes turned upwards, pointing towards my nose lol. If I ever looked like that I must say humans are indeed beautiful creatures haha

I stared into my mirror once starring at my 3rd eye / forehead. I saw a spinning penrose traingle coming from the 3rd eye region it was pretty hypnotic and i thought i was tripping balls.

I setup my mirror, and tried it out in total darkness. What I noticed is that everything begins to glow with light. When the house popped it startled me and it was as if a light was switched off, it all went back to black. This happened twice, then the pops no longer startled me and things kept glowing.

I did not have any directive other than just sit and observe the darkness. After some time a sasquatch appeared and looked at me with curiosity.

I asked about this later and it seems the mirror acts as a window to the astral, and pretty much any passerby can stop and look. So what I need to do is have a directive, or direct my focus to a particular entity.

Last time I did mirror gazing, my face turned a dark blue-black. Didn't see an aura though. Sometimes, rarely in the past, I have seen a thin blue aura right around a person or an object. Like on their edges. Not sure if this is an electrical body.
