Sounds about right. Best way to sum it up imo is:

STS - doing something that benefits you at the expense of others,
STO - doing something that benefits others at the expense of you

You'll have to be bit more specific.
Can you list down other STO/STS actions?

    That would help greatly.

Yes, I feel you're on the right track.

STSelf is using someone else without any concern for whether the other person is injured, or has their free will disrespected. This might involve being aware that the other person is hurt, and not caring that they hurt. It might involve deliberately trying to mislead or injure or manipulate someone else. It might involve not even thinking of the other person as a human being, but as an object to be controlled. STS also involves building hierarchies of control, not based on flexible leadership based on whichever person is best equipped to serve others by showing a path that is helpful to all.

STO involves seeking to love, respect, honor, and promote the growth and holistic balance of another person. To assist the other person in choosing what they wish for themselves, truth is not withheld or obscured. To assist the other person in using their belongings, there is no theft. To allow the other person to peaceably pursue their own interests, there is no pollution. STO involves a sincere interest in what the other person thinks, feels, and prefers. There is no interference from STO with what the other person chooses for his or her own life. Leaders are followed voluntarily because their plans inspire the followers and their actions help the followers. People may trade off leadership in different areas of life based on who is best able to lead.

    Does this help clarify?
