Since we are all one, is there anything I can do myself to be of service to you? How can I work on myself in order that others might be glorified or helped in vibration? What thoughts can I entertain that would be of benefit to others?

Gemini, that is a wonderful question. Develop kindness and goodwill in your heart. Intend for the love in your heart to comfort all those around you, whatever their appearance may be - animal, mineral, plant, ugly or beautiful, for all is beautiful light on the inside. All is the Creator, without exception, and the joyful and comforting energy that is Love transcends all these superficial divisions. If you're not sure how to do it, find instructions for metta meditation as a start, to help you learn to identify and create this energy within yourself at will. That is all, and much love to you.

There is a guy I know who could some love.

I sense he's down and in pain on and off during the week. Sometimes he talks of death. He's been through a lot, has some struggles, and has some worries. He could use some complete, unconditional, nonjudgmental love. Something to help him understand that it's all ok. That whatever he does, it's 100% loved and accepted, so that he can go do what he wants, live life to fullest, and not to worry because once he loves life, loves himself, and stands up for himself, he's gonna be shining his love and light like a star. He's actually a pretty cool and has a lot of interesting stories and unique interests. He adds great perspective to the forum. He's definitely an integral part of all of us here. I don't think he realizes just how kickass and important he is to all of us. I think many of us have tried to help him out but perhaps it's a job that is best left for you. You got so much love to give. So give it where it's needed the most. Give it to him. Smother him with some loving. I think he'll appreciate it.

Thanks for the intro on metta meditation. I hadn't heard of it before. I listened to one guided meditation. It had been awhile since I have followed guided meditations. Here's one that I just listened to.

Honestly, I feel all your love, of all who send it. My heart was feeling hard, and didn't want to crack. I feel a blockage in my heart chakra, probably from a lack of self love. I think I may do more guided meditations.

I tend to think, that between having loads of 'ideas' about yourself, who you want to be etc. Sometimes does not compare with simple acts of service. If you have some sort of change and let go of a bunch of ideas of yourself, or if you like... die or something. When you look at your relationship with others you will remember the time spent with others. Not the time spent following your image of yourself as some sort of elite individual. (Not that I am saying that you in any way have that idea of yourself.)

I think there is a branch of Chi - gong. Confucianism, that has emphasis on socialising with others as the result of the work done in personal health. These are related of course.

For you Isis, I was first thinking of the song I am a Rock, by Simon and Garfunkel, but that didn't feel right. An island is lonely.

Instead I found this. It has a line "the words of the prophets" and "people talking without speaking":

If you wish, you can have 10,000 people maybe more here, like the song. With darkness you wouldn't even realize they were there save for the Light you emit. So you choose Light or you choose Darkness, without either being more important. It is not about good or bad. It is just what you experience.

Another memory surfaces. Playing volleyball, and one guy we called Fozzie Bear who makes funny sounds while he plays.

And I'm back again to my blue world. Memories of distant lives play like a hologram. I am at peace. I am ONE with all. I live in my Sun, and I like it like that.

I've been looking to fencing as a potential generator of catalyst for the past month. Never have I mentioned it on the forum. And here you are using a video of fencing to describe me.
