I did the Morning Offering and then got myself ready for the day. Today the Ra quote comes from 106.17:
“Questioner: Now, summarizing what we can do for the instrument: through praise and thanksgiving and harmony we can… Is that all that we can do other than advising her to drink a considerable amount of liquid and moving her into a better atmosphere. Am I correct on that?
Ra: I am Ra. We examine the statement and find two items missing, one important relative to the other. The chief addition is the grasping of the entity’s nature. The less important is, for little it may seem to be, perhaps helpful; that is, the entity absorbs much medication and finds it useful to feed itself when these substances are ingested. The substitution of substances such as fruit juice for the cookie is recommended, and, further, the ingestion of substances containing sucrose which are not liquid is not recommended within four of your hours before the sleeping period.”
In this question Don asked Ra if there was anything else that we could do to aid Carla as she needed to deal with the repercussions of having Don’s pain within her mind complex due to the deleterious working. He repeated Ra’s suggestion that we seek the positive frame of mind brought about by making praise and thanksgiving our present moment experience. He also repeated Ra’s suggestion that Carla should drink more water to help her kidneys flush toxins from her body that were likely caused by her undergoing an initiation at this time. In 100.15, Ra mentioned the value of praise and thanksgiving:
Questioner: I will save that for next session and I will ask if there is anything we can do to make the instrument more comfortable or improve the contact?
Ra: I am Ra. All is well. The appurtenances are most conscientiously placed. We thank this diligent group. There is much greater distortion towards harmony at this asking and we join you in praise and thanksgiving. This is always the greatest boon to improvement of the contact, for it is the harmony of the group which supports this contact.
Then Don asked if there was anything else that could be done to help Carla. Ra replied that we should remember Carla’s nature and, I would guess, give her the opportunity to enjoy those experiences which would feed her in mind, body, and spirit as Ra mentioned din the fourth question of this session:
The nature of this entity is gay and sociable so that it is fed by those things we have mentioned previously: the varieties of experience with other-selves and other locations and events being helpful, as well as the experience of worship and the singing, especially of sacred music. This entity chose to enter a worshipful situation with a martyr’s role when first in this geographical location. Therefore, the feeding by worship has taken place only partially. Similarly the musical activities, though enjoyable and therefore of a feeding nature, have not included the aspect of praise to the Creator.
Then Ra suggested that because Carla needed to eat something when she was taking her medications that she should drink fruit juice rather than eat cookies, which was her usual habit. I am assuming that Ra wanted to cut down somewhat on the amount of sugar that Carla took in. In 102.5, Ra expressed their concern about Carla’s intake of sugar:
Questioner: What foods should the instrument eliminate from her diet in order to alleviate these painful attacks?
Ra: I am Ra. The information gained from the one known as Bob is that which is to be recommended. Further, all foodstuffs are to be cooked so that those things which are ingested be soft and easily macerated. There is a complex addiction, due to long-standing eating habits, to your sugars. It is to be recommended that, therefore, this sugar be given in its more concentrated form in your time of late afternoon, as you term it, with the ingestion of the sugared libation approximately one to two of your hours after the evening meal. It is further suggested that, since this instrument has been using sugars for carbohydrates, that a small amount of carbohydrate, low in sugar, be ingested approximately one to two of your hours before the sleeping period.
In the last part of Ra’s response to Don’s question they went even further in cautioning Carla against eating any cookies or other foods that contained sugar within four hours of her going to bed.
This morning I attended a presentation by Beatriz on “Power vs. Force” or how we can process the catalyst of traumatic experiences by using the Power of love to forgive the Force of negative experiences. It was very moving how she was able to give examples from her own life as to how anyone can do this. Later in the morning I attended a presentation by Gary on how each of us is a seeker who is attempting to contact intelligent infinity and become a more fully a part of the Oneness of the creation. In the afternoon I attended a heart-sharing circle presentation by Tiffani, and each of us was asked to share any concerns that were on our hearts and how we were responding to them. The last presentation was by Jonathan Tong where he asked questions of our Intermediate Channeling Group regarding the channeling process and how we felt about various aspects of being channels for Confederation Philosophy. It was a very inspiring day, and it is hard to believe that the weekend has gone by so fast.

God’s Active Voice
I am of the principle of love and I greet you in the full consciousness of love in Christ.
My voice is a cry upon the wind heard by the heart and spoken through lips such as those who shape these words. Yet my nature is inseparable from the great Creator and preserver of all life. Thus beneath our words is the energy of life, the constant apprehension of unity.
We are God’s active voice in the world of physical incarnation. We are that great stock of inspiration and imagination from which any soul may draw. We are the living water of the consciousness of love. And we come to you as you will and as you ask and sometimes as an angel unawares do we appear.
May you seek to live more fully this day, calling upon and resting in the vivifying energy of love. In peace we leave you, now and always. Amen.
I said the prayer at the Gaia Meditation tonight:
We come in the name of Love and open our hearts, our minds, and our souls to send love, light, and healing energies to Mother Earth as she brings forth a New Earth in fourth density. We ask that the infinite love, light, and healing energies of the One Infinite Creator heal the heart of each soul in pain on Earth tonight. May all souls on Earth feel our love, light, and healing energies in their hearts, in their minds, and in their souls. Amen.
